Collaboration with Mifal HaPais

The Israel Golf Association and Mifal HaPais are working together to advance the next generation of golf in Israel.

The Israel Golf Association is proud to announce a significant achievement: Mifal HaPais has approved the inclusion of mini‑golf facility development within the municipal funding criteria under the Pais Yarok  (Green Pais) program — representing millions of shekels in potential support. This is a major step in expanding the sport’s reach and making golf accessible to new audiences, with a clear goal: bringing golf to communities, schools, and the younger generation across Israel.

📍 Already in the upcoming school year: The Golf for Education program will be introduced in schools, creating a first connection between students and the sport.

📍 Next phase: Development of advanced golf facilities that will include:

• Hitting bays

• Simulators

• Pitch & Putt areas
  

This initiative lays the foundation for continued growth of the sport and the establishment of additional golf facilities throughout the country.
