Golf for Education

Capability, Achievement,Confidence and Perseverance — Golf for Life

Welcome to Golf for Education, a program run by the Israel Golf Association in partnership with The R&A, golf's world governing body. It is an innovative program that brings the game of golf into schools as a tool for developing students' mental, emotional and social skills.

The program focuses not only on teaching golf, but on empowering students by building mental resilience, motivation, self-confidence, strong values and a drive for excellence.

Mini GolfCompleting the Experience

As part of the Golf for Education program, the Israel Golf Association works with Mifal HaPais (the national lottery) and local authorities to promote and build mini-golf facilities across the country.

These facilities are a direct extension of the curriculum, giving students and community members hands-on experience of the game while developing skills, self-confidence, perseverance and a drive for excellence.

Under the criteria of the Pais Yarok (Green Pais) program, support for local authorities building mini-golf facilities has been approved as part of investment in education, community and the development of sport in Israel.
